Seismic survey of more than 500 equipments
Under the application of the new seismic regulations applicable to ICPE, the TOTAL group used Geodynamics and Structure to conduct a seismic vulnerability study of the Feyzin refinery. This study covers more than 500 equipment of several types, including spheres, furnaces, horizontal balloons, cigars, heat exchangers, columns, torches, chimneys, control rooms, overhead pipes and support racks , the buried pipes and the merlons, as well as the mechanical and electrical materials of the site.
